Making popsicles is one of my kids’ favorite things to do in the kitchen. Best part? We make them healthy and they never even realize it! Sneaky.
To make these Elderberry & Black Cherry Popsicles, simply blend 1/4 cup (2 oz) Harbin Hollow Elderberry Syrup, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup frozen black cherries, 1 cup raw local honey. Pour in popsicle molds and freeze. So easy.
