My daughter recently attended a birthday sleepover and her friend's mama was making a French toast casserole with cinnamon rolls. I decided to try it with Laurel Mountain Farm's Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls and it did not disappoint!
French Toast Casserole 🤤
1 package Laurel Mountain Cinnamon Rolls
3 Langley Farm Fresh Eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
2 tbls Amish Roll Butter, melted
Spring Valley Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon together. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of your pan. Tear the cinnamon rolls into bite sized pieces and put in pan. Coat with the egg mixture, pressing the cinnamon rolls into the pan, so that they are completely submerged and moist. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Simply slice, drizzle with maple syrup and serve! I cant believe I forgot to bring home fresh strawberries! Rookie move.
