This is a yummy, decadent, nutrition-packed breakfast, y'all!
When I food prepped this week I mixed two cups of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of natural peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of honey to make the base for this dish. It's a PB and honey yogurt that can be served as a dip, spread, or simply topped with your favorite healthy toppings.
Today, I have it topped with Harbin Hollow Elderberry & Strawberry Superfood Preserves made with chia seeds, good, clean granola with Harbin Hollow Bee Pollen, and raspberries.
These ingredients combined are an awesome source of protein, fiber, vitamins, and complex carbs.
