Are y'all having fun creating things with your fresh, local strawberries?!
Strawberries are low on the glycemic index and are a good source of fiber. They contain vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
That's why these real fruit popsicles Coop and I made this morning are relatively guilt free!
1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
1 cup strawberries chopped
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
Mix the strawberries with the monk fruit first. The strawberries will make their own natural glaze. Fold in the yogurt, pour into molds, and freeze.
